Home Inspection Company
I used them twice. The firs time, they found that the seller (I think the broker told them to do it) painted over stains in the basement. THe seller also said the old roof was new, and that the boiler had a lot of life when it was barely working. They found problems in the second house, but not as bad so I bought it. I trust them to be honest, something you don't find every day.
