Patrick is originally from Upstate New York, in the Syracuse area. He met his future wife at Syracuse University and has called Nassau County home since 1994. Patrick started his insurance career in 2017 and loves solving problems at the agency. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his four children, encouraging their inner athlete and superstar.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, she specializes in auto, home, and personal umbrella policies, helping see customers receive tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Bridgina finds the greatest joy in her work by helping others and doing right by them—a value that shines through in every customer interaction. Outside of work, Bridgina adores her fur baby, Benji, who is the light of her life. Her favorite color is sage green, reflecting her calm and grounded personality. Monique Hennings

Monique Hennings began her career in the insurance industry when she joined the Agency in 2025. She sells Home insurance and Auto insurance and enjoys helping customers find the right insurance options for their needs. Fluent in English, with some Spanish and a little Russian, Monique values connecting with a wide range of people and creating a positive experience for every customer she works with. What Monique enjoys most about her role is problem solving and making customers happy. She takes pride in listening carefully, finding effective resolutions, and helping customers feel supported and confident throughout the process. Outside of work, Monique has a fascinating background and a love for history. She graduated from Norwich University, the oldest private military college in the country, and is a dedicated Civil War buff who enjoys learning about the people and events that shaped history.

Patrick Joseph Halpin began his career in the insurance industry when he joined the Agency in 2017. He serves as the Office Manager for both the New York and South Carolina locations and focuses on a wide range of coverages, including Home insurance, Auto insurance, Condo insurance, Co-op insurance, Renters insurance, Classic Cars insurance, Umbrella insurance, Business Owner Policies, Business Liability insurance, Commercial Vehicles insurance, and Life insurance. Patrick enjoys meeting new people and informing them on the importance of having real protection in place for the moments they need it most. Known for his personable approach and sense of humor, Patrick jokes that he speaks English in both “Upstate New York and Long Island,” while continuing to work on his Southern accent. He takes pride in helping customers understand their coverage options and building lasting relationships based on service, and reliability. Patrick grew up in the Syracuse, New York area and graduated from Syracuse University, where he also met his wife. Although he has lived on Long Island for more than 30 years, he still says Syracuse is where many of his best memories were made. Patrick and his wife are proud parents of four children born in less than four years, including a set of twins, making life at home busy, energetic, and full of adventure.

Robert Bruey

Robert Bruey began his career in the insurance industry in 2025 and joined the Agency in 2026. He focuses on Home insurance and Auto insurance, helping customers protect their families, homes, and personal assets with coverage that fits their needs. Robert’s favorite part of the job is being able to assist people toward the right protection and provide confidence in their future. What Robert enjoys most about his role is building relationships and helping customers feel confident in their insurance decisions. He values honest conversations, dependable service, and making the insurance process easier to understand for the people he works with. Outside of work, Robert has a creative and adventurous side. He writes and performs music and enjoys expressing himself through songwriting and live performances. He is also an avid hiker and mountain climber who appreciates the challenge and beauty of the outdoors whenever he gets the chance.

Casey Glover

Casey Elizabeth Glover began her career in the insurance industry in 2010 and joined the Agency in 2025 as the Customer Service Manager in South Carolina. She services a wide range of coverages including Home insurance, Auto insurance, Recreational Vehicles insurance, Classic Auto insurance, Roadside Coverage, Life insurance, and more. Casey is passionate about helping customers understand the importance of proper coverage and takes pride in being there for them during difficult times. What Casey enjoys most about her role is building relationships with customers and supporting them when they need help the most. She also values mentoring and encouraging her team as the agency continues to grow, helping create a positive and supportive environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Casey is a proud grandmother to three amazing grandchildren who bring so much joy to her life. Two of her favorite places to visit include the beach where she enjoys making memories with family and embracing time away together.

James Neely

James enjoys informing customers about their options and helping them feel confident in the protection they have in place. What James values most about his role is the opportunity to help people make informed decisions about their insurance needs. He takes pride in providing clear assistance, dependable service, and coverage insurance options tailored to each customer’s unique situation. In his free time, James enjoys spending time with his two awesome dogs, Pickles and Jellybean, who always keep life entertaining. He has also been fortunate to travel to many places around the world, gaining experiences and memories that continue to inspire his appreciation for new people, places, and cultures.

She enjoys helping customers navigate their insurance needs and helping them have the right protection in place for every stage of life. Lauren’s favorite part of the job is working through her cancellation list, where she has the opportunity to reconnect with customers, and help them maintain the coverage they need. She takes pride in being proactive and finding insurance options that make a real difference for the people she works with. Lauren is a proud mom of three kids who keep life busy and fun. She also has a simple favorite that everyone around her quickly learns—purple is her color of choice whenever possible. Originally born and raised in New York and now living in North Carolina, Sarah brings a strong work ethic and personable approach to every interaction. She enjoys helping customers feel confident, knowing they have the protection they need for both today and the future. Sarah is a huge fan of racing and football. When she is not helping customers, she can usually be found in her craft room working on her small business and creating something new. Her creativity, dedication, and caring nature make her a valued part of the team.
